Tonie Morgan is an American professional basketball guard for the Los Angeles Sparks. As of September 13, 2026, the Sparks have announced that Morgan is on a standard WNBA contract after previously joining the organization through its Player Development pool. She entered the league after the Chicago Sky selected her with the 32nd overall pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft.

Morgan is a 5-foot-9 guard from Tallahassee, Florida, and was born on July 16, 2004. She began her college career at Georgia Tech before transferring to Kentucky for her final collegiate season. Her résumé includes All-ACC Second Team recognition, All-SEC Second Team honors, ACC All-Freshman Team recognition, and selection as a finalist for the Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Award.

Morgan’s game is centered on court vision, playmaking and competitive two-way guard play. Kentucky credited her with setting the program’s single-season assist record, while the Sparks described her as a dynamic playmaker whose feel for the game and ability to make teammates better helped earn her a standard roster contract. Her college path through Georgia Tech and Kentucky established her as a pass-first lead guard entering the WNBA.
