Cassandre Prosper

Cassandre Prosper is a Canadian guard and wing from Montreal, Quebec, born June 25, 2005. She developed at Cairine Wilson Secondary School and Capital Courts Academy before enrolling early at Notre Dame in December 2022. Listed at 6-foot-3, Prosper completed a four-year Fighting Irish career that included the 2024 ACC Tournament title. In her senior season, she was a team captain, earned ACC Most Improved Player recognition and made the All-ACC Second Team.

Washington selected Prosper in the second round, 19th overall, of the 2026 WNBA Draft on April 13, 2026. As of September 11, 2026, the WNBA lists her as a rookie guard for the Washington Mystics. Prosper has also represented Canada internationally, including at the 2024 Paris Olympics, after making her senior national-team debut at the 2023 FIBA Women’s AmeriCup. Her length and college experience as a wing point to a versatile profile: she can defend across perimeter matchups, rebound from the guard line and contribute as a slasher or complementary off-ball option.
