BIOGRAPHY

Terrence Mitchell is an up-and-coming mixed martial arts fighter in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). He was born on June 14, 1992 in San Antonio, Texas. He began his amateur career in July of 2008 at just 16 years old and quickly became a force to be reckoned with. His first win came by way of knockout shortly after his 18th birthday against Spenser Jones at Sparta Combat League.

In 2010, Terrence turned pro and competed exclusively for the Xtreme Kombat organization until he signed with Bellator MMA in 2012. During his time with Bellator, he went on to compile a record of 7 wins and 1 loss before being released from the promotion.

The following year saw Terrence sign with Legacy Fighting Championship where he won four fights consecutively via decision or technical knockout before signing a multi-fight deal with UFC in 2016. Since then, Terrence has gone 5–3 inside the octagon including victories over Cody Stamann and Chris Gruetzemacher at UFC Fight Night 115 & 170 respectively as well as notable losses to Leon Edwards and Jesus Pinedo due to submission/TKO respectively .

Aside from competing professionally inside of the octagon, Terrence has also expressed interest in becoming more involved within both community outreach programs as well as youth development initiatives. Most notably, he’s been featured multiple times on ESPN’s First Take discussing topics such as racism & inequality within professional sports leagues like MLB & NFL . In addition to that ,he’s also used his platform alongside other prominent athletes such George Hill & Royal Ivey by advocating for education reform utilizing donations collected through their respective foundations “GiveBack 2022” & “Play On Philly”.

Outside of fighting , when not training or doing interviews -Terrence can often be found spending time outdoors exploring new cities alongside friends or teaching younger up-and-comers how to become better fighters themselves . As far as aspirations go – The future looks promising for this young star athlete who hopes one day achieve greatness both inside + outside of the octagon .
