Christian Wilkins Bio
Christian Wilkins is an American football defensive tackle born December 20, 1995, in Springfield, Massachusetts. He played college football at Clemson, where he developed into a versatile interior defender who could also line up at defensive end. Clemson recognized him as a highly decorated player and a three-time All-American, and he earned a degree in communication before completing a master’s degree in athletic leadership. Wilkins is listed at 6-foot-4 and 315 pounds in Clemson’s football records.
The Miami Dolphins selected Wilkins in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft with the 13th overall pick. He spent his first five NFL seasons with Miami before signing with the Las Vegas Raiders as an unrestricted free agent on March 13, 2024. His Raiders tenure ended when the club announced his release on July 24, 2025, following a season-ending left-foot injury and an extended rehabilitation process.
