Khris Middleton is an NBA All-Star small forward who currently plays for the Milwaukee Bucks. He was born in Charleston, South Carolina and grew up in North Charleston. Middleton attended Porter-Gaud High School where he starred on the basketball team before attending Texas A&M University. In his freshman season at A&M, he averaged 11 points per game and earned a spot on the Big 12 All-Rookie Team. Following his sophomore season, Middleton declared for the 2012 NBA Draft and was selected 39th overall by Detroit Pistons.

Middleton has been with the Milwaukee Bucks since 2013 when they acquired him via trade from Detroit. During his time with Milwaukee, he has established himself as one of their leaders both on and off the court. He has increased his scoring each year since coming to Milwaukee including a career high of 20 points per game during 2016–17 season as well as becoming an All-Star in 2018–19 season for only third time in franchise history after Sidney Moncrief (1983) and Ray Allen (2001).

Off the court Khris Middleton is involved in several initiatives that give back to communities around him such as hosting Christmas shopping sprees for underprivileged kids or donating shoes to local communities throughout Wisconsin with It’s On Us campaign that promotes safe driving practices among teens across state lines.. In 2017, Khris partnered with The Salvation Army to launch ‘Shoes For Kids’ program which provided shoes to children living without basic necessities like clothing or food items.

Middleton is also very active online through social media platforms such as Twitter and Instagram where he offers support towards different charitable organizations within community along with promoting positive messages about taking care of yourself mentally & physically through healthy lifestyle choices.. While not active politically but speaks out regarding issues that affect society today when necessary such racism or police brutality against minorities stating “We must continue our fight against injustice & inequality.”

In addition Khris also focuses on philanthropy endeavors along side wife Katie Thiede while helping create programs within city schools they reside called ‘Milwaukee Empowerment Academy’ which provides kids opportunity learn how become entrepreneurs by offering classes business development marketing strategies etc… Despite having many obstacles before entering professional world Khris never gave up dream become successful player today stands testament hard work dedication will lead success no matter what challenges may arise future ahead bright young star continues shine brightly making impact both courtside off field alike!
