Donte DiVincenzo Bio
Donte DiVincenzo is an American professional basketball guard born January 31, 1997, in Newark, Delaware. As of September 14, 2026, he is listed on the Minnesota Timberwolves’ roster and under contract with the team. The NBA lists him at 6 feet 4 inches and 203 pounds. His role combines perimeter shooting, energetic defense and secondary playmaking from either backcourt spot.
DiVincenzo attended Salesianum School in Delaware before playing college basketball at Villanova. He helped the Wildcats win NCAA championships in 2016 and 2018 and was named the 2018 Final Four Most Outstanding Player after a decisive performance against Michigan in the national championship game. He also received the Big East Sixth Man of the Year award during his final college season.
The Milwaukee Bucks selected DiVincenzo with the 17th overall pick in the first round of the 2018 NBA Draft. He became a member of Milwaukee’s 2021 NBA championship team and later played for the Sacramento Kings, Golden State Warriors and New York Knicks. New York traded him to Minnesota in September 2024 as part of the deal that sent Karl-Anthony Towns to the Knicks.
