Free Play Rules

Free Play is a promotional balance offered with no deposit required. To keep things fair and prevent abuse,
Free Play winnings follow specific playthrough and withdrawal rules.

Quick Summary
  • Playthrough required: Winnings from Free Play must be played through before withdrawal.
  • Deposits don’t override Free Play rules: Depositing while you have Free Play (or Free Play winnings) does not remove Free Play playthrough, the one-withdrawal limit, or the $25 Free Play withdrawal cap.
  • 3 plays minimum: You must complete 3 plays using 1/3 of your balance (at the time of each entry).
  • One withdrawal total: Only one (1) withdrawal is allowed per Free Play.
  • Max withdrawal: Free Play withdrawals are capped at $25.

1) Playthrough Requirement (Free Play)

Any winnings generated from your initial Free Play promotional balance must be played through before you can withdraw.

How playthrough works

You must place three (3) separate plays. Each play must use one-third (1/3) of your
available balance at the time you submit that entry.

Example: If your balance is $18 at entry time, the play amount must be $6. If your balance changes later, your next
play uses 1/3 of the balance at that new entry time.

2) One Withdrawal Per Free Play

Each Free Play promotion allows one (1) withdrawal total. This includes any promotional balance received
without a deposit (Free Play, free credits, bonus funds, etc.).

3) Max Withdrawal Limit

Withdrawals originating from Free Play are capped at $25. If your winnings exceed $25, you may keep playing,
but the maximum amount eligible to withdraw under Free Play remains $25.

3) Depositing during Free Play

Depositing During Free Play (Does Not Change Free Play Requirements)
If you make a deposit while Free Play is active (or while you still have Free Play winnings), Free Play restrictions still apply to any winnings that originated from Free Play.

  • Free Play rules still apply: The 3-play requirement, one-withdrawal limit, and $25 Free Play withdrawal cap remain in effect for Free Play-originated winnings. 

  • Deposits follow standard deposit rules: Deposited funds are still subject to the normal 1x playthrough before they can be withdrawn. 

  • Promo is used first when possible: If your account has promotional funds available, entries may use promo funds first; promo entries do not count toward deposit playthrough. 

  • No “workarounds”: Depositing does not convert Free Play winnings into withdrawable cash beyond the Free Play limits.

Additional Important Notes

  • No deposit required: Free Play is promotional and may be offered to new or eligible users at our discretion.

  • Deposits don’t change Free Play eligibility: Adding money while Free Play is active does not change how Free Play winnings are limited or withdrawn

  • Withdrawal method: Withdrawals are processed to an eligible method on file (availability may vary by user and payment type).
  • Account verification: We may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal (to prevent fraud and comply with policies).
  • Abuse prevention: Multiple accounts, collusion, chargeback behavior, or attempts to bypass restrictions may result in suspension and forfeiture of promotional funds.
  • Promotional funds are non-withdrawable: Promotional balance itself is not withdrawable—only eligible winnings after completing playthrough.
  • Rule changes: Promotions may be modified, paused, or ended at any time. The rules shown in-app at the time of the offer control.
