Terion Stewart is an American football icon, brought into this world on November 29, 2001, in the southern heart of Memphis, Tennessee. Standing at the helm as a running back for the Bowling Green Falcons, Stewart has ridden the waves of victory and tumultuous hurdles, leaving a dynamic print on the American football scene. Stewart’s first season with the Falcons was exceptional, inspite of the challenging situation of COVID-19 that saw him appear in only four out of five Falcon games. Still, he emerged as the team’s leading rusher, tallying an outstanding 295 yards from 37 carries with an impressive average of 8.0 yards per carry. The following 2021 season marked a monumental moment in Stewart’s career when he earned his first-ever collegiate start in the opening game against Tennessee. Towards the end of that season, Stewart achieved a career highlight with 170 yards from 11 carries, coupled with two touchdowns, escalating his prestige as an invaluable asset to the Falcons team.

Despite his soaring football career, 2022 marked a challenging period for Stewart due to academic struggles and mental health issues, which caused him to step away from the game. However, in 2023 he made his triumphant return to the Falcons, showing his resolve by playing in nine out of the 13 games, and showcasing an impressive selection of highlights that included four 100-yard games. His resilience was further acknowledged with his selection to the Second-team All-MAC despite being sidelined in the last four games due to an injury.

As the 2024 football season dawned, Stewart’s name flashed across the preseason watchlists for the highly revered Doak Walker Award, Maxwell Award, and Walter Camp Award. His first game of the season against Fordham reaffirmed his exceptional capability as he completed 161 yards and three touchdowns, matching his previous career high.
