Emeka Egbuka takes particular pride in his identity as an American football wide receiver for the prestigious Ohio State Buckeyes. With nine catches that raked-in 191 yards and 20 kickoffs for 580 yards, his contribution on the field was substantial and far-reaching.

Egbuka’s performances garnered the respect and praise of his peers and the league, earning him an honorable mention in the All-Big Ten Conference. The momentum carried forward to his sophomore year, in 2022, where he recorded over 1,000 receiving yards, further cementing his indispensable role in the team.

Outside his life on the field, Egbuka adheres strongly to his Christian faith which forms an important part of his identity. His grandfather, Ronald Frederick, serves as the current mayor of his hometown of Dupont, Washington, a fact that Egbuka takes great pride in.
