Partner program terms

The offer
Earn $10.00 for an eligible new customer’s first real-money deposit of $50.00 or more. This is a one-time partner reward, not a percentage of deposits, entries, or player losses. Smaller first deposits and later top-ups do not qualify. Promotional credit does not count toward the minimum.
Attribution
A valid partner link or code attributes the customer for 30 days from the first recorded visit. The first valid partner receives credit. Returning visits and account creation do not restart the window. Tracking requires first-party cookies or an attribution already saved to the customer’s account. Cross-device attribution is available only after the account has been linked. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and coordinated referrals from the same person or household do not qualify.
Player promotions
Eligible player promotions are separate from partner rewards and remain subject to the promotion’s own rules. Deposits and bonus credit are different balances. Share only offers currently shown on Waged War’s Promos page, and never describe promotional credit as withdrawable cash.
Review and payments
Rewards remain pending for at least 30 days after payment capture and require review. Approved balances of at least $25.00 are paid monthly by the 15th, for approved balances as of the end of the preceding month. Smaller balances roll forward. Provide an accurate payment email and complete any requested payment or tax information before payment. Payments are arranged manually with the partner; the dashboard records completed payments. No fee is deducted from the listed reward.
Refunds and misuse
Uncaptured payments, refunded deposits (including partial refunds), chargebacks, cancellations, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent or ineligible customers do not earn rewards. If a qualifying deposit is reversed after its reward is paid, the original payment record is retained and the reward is deducted from future payable earnings. We may hold disputed rewards for review and will explain the reason in the dashboard. Contact support@wagedwar.com to request a review.
Promoting Waged War
Promote only to eligible adults in locations where Waged War is available. Follow the site’s Terms of Use and Responsible Gaming rules. Clearly disclose your paid relationship in each promotion. Do not promise guaranteed winnings or income, target minors or self-excluded people, send unsolicited messages, impersonate Waged War, use misleading offers, force cookies, or bid on Waged War brand names without written approval. No sub-affiliate recruitment payments are offered.
Participation and changes
Applications require approval. Existing partners must accept these program terms before receiving payments under the new program. We may suspend participation for misuse and notify you of changes before they apply to future referrals. Valid rewards already earned remain subject to the terms that applied when earned. Historical AffiliateWP commissions retain their original amounts and require individual reconciliation; migration does not establish that an old commission is payable. Partners are responsible for their own taxes. These program terms supplement the Waged War Terms of Use.
