We offer a few different buy-in types. For some, it’s a prediction of a single athlete. For others, we use a points system, based on the outcome of the athletes you’ve chosen. Check out our points system here for more information.
Currently we offer four different game types. You can review the details in our Rules and Regulations.
As long as the event has not started, you can do so under My Account > Orders
> Change Line-Up.
You may use the Withdrawal Funds form, found under My Account. You have the option to transfer the funds to your Paypal, or to receive a check by mail. Requests will be processed within 2 – 3 business days. For promotional balances received, you will need to make 5x the promo amount in buy-ins, or the winning amount, prior to the funds being available to withdrawal. The total “play-through” requirement will be based on the greater amount between the 5x promo amount and the winnings from the promo dollars provided. Original funds deposited do not require a 5x buy-ins. If you request the PayPal method, any fees from PayPal will be subtracted from your payout (estimated 2.9% fee).
Usually 30 minutes after the event has completed, you should receive an email with the details. You can also see the results under your Account page. If you are not seeing the results, please contact us.
If there is a change in an event that affects your chosen line-up, we will notify you to update your list. If it is a buy-in that loses either the chosen athlete or their opponent, your balance will be returned. If your changes have not been made, prior to the start of the event, your wager amount will be returned to your account. If the entire event is cancelled, you will see any wager made on the event returned.
When you’re provided a promotional balance, in order to withdraw the amount, you must first “playthrough” the promo balance 5x the amount. Unless the winnings from the promo are greater than the 5x balance. Then the winning amount would be the playthrough. For example, if you played a $10 promo balance and you won $40 – the $40 will be available once you’ve deposited $50 (5 x $10) and played the full paid balance. If you were to win $100 from the original $10 promo balance, the deposit requirement would be $100. Once the $100 deposit is played, you would have the $100 winnings available to withdraw.
